Flood Management Services has three principal owners with over 60 years of combined experience in mitigation, construction, carpet cleaning, and water damage restoration. We are equipped to handle larger projects; however, smaller jobs receive the same expert attention and competitive pricing.
STEWART ROBINSON
With over 25 years in construction and the past eight years in the emergency response industry, Stewart has maintained a clean record with the CSLB carrying a Class “B” General Contractor’s License in the state of California. A graduate of the University of Redlands with a Masters of Business Administration majoring in finance, Stewart has a clear understanding of business, finance, operations, and sales.
Stewart brings a strong organization and leadership skill set to our team and also maintains certifications in the following areas: Water Damage Restoration Certification and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician with the IICRC; Asbestos Project Designer, Asbestos Management Planner, Asbestos Building Inspector, and Asbestos Contractor Supervisor; Lead RRP certified Renovation, Repair, Painting Program; Certified Microbial Investigator and Council-Certified Microbial Remediator with the National Association of Mold Professionals.
JUAN FLORES
With 21 years in the southern California construction industry, Juan has developed an expertise mitigating emergency loss and reconstructing lives one home at a time. One of the most widely recognized international insurance claim handling firms known as Crawford Contractor Connection has dubbed Mr. Flores as a “top performer” within the Western region of the United States.
Juan was responsible for achieving a “TOP 10″ status for “Time In Progress” scores in both Mitigation and Reconstruction. As a result of these experiences, Juan has developed many relationships and built a wide customer base of satisfied clientele. This level of satisfaction has resulted in countless letters from clients proclaiming their satisfaction with his attention to detail and assistance with their claim. One such letter was presented and read to over 4000 insurance companies at a nationwide conference in San Antonio Texas in 2012 as an example of what GREAT customer service can achieve and what the Contractor Connection expects from their vendors.
